This clamp features a hinged design with catch, suitable for attaching objects to surfaces up to 54mm width. As an illustration, I utilized it on my guitar strap. To assemble, attach your object or glue after printing; print the inner and outer parts separately. Both pieces require minimal support for hinges during printing. Remove supports, file hinge areas flat, drill a small hole in the center with a 5/64 bit, insert a short 1.75mm filament piece, and heat-mushroom the ends to prevent falling out.
