This is the headband adjuster thing I used during the creation of LoboCNC's Blinking Iris Goggles http://www.thingiverse.com/make/263519 (I couldn't upload it as part of my "Made One" post, so I posted it here as a new Thing). It is a simple device that accommodates a 10mm wide elastic or fabric strap. The fitting process involves looking at similar items you likely have around the house, such as bags, binocular cases, and camera cases. Hopefully, this thing will be useful.
