strainer basket for stratasys wave wash
thingiverse
You need a removable strainer that can be placed inside your parts washer so that small parts don't sink to the bottom, become stuck under the plate, and require you to drain the entire unit. To assemble this device, print one copy of BasketBottom and four copies of BasketSideUnit. They will fit neatly inside a 5-inch by 5-inch by 5-inch printer's build space. However, if you have a StrataSys Mojo, it's guaranteed to fit without any issues. If the SolidWorks assembly file is too big to print, don't worry - it provides clear instructions on how the parts are supposed to be assembled. Glue all the pieces together using plastic-weld epoxy or some other suitable waterproof adhesive. Pay close attention to how the components fit together with indexing pins and holes. It's possible that you may need to ream out the holes a bit with a drill bit so the pins can drop into place smoothly. When cleaning small parts, hang the strainer basket over the edge of your Wavewash unit, place the parts inside, and lift the whole assembly up when done. Cleaning small parts is as simple as cooking pasta!
