Strain relief heated bed-cable AnyCubic 4MAX
thingiverse
A vital accessory for the Heated bed-cable of the 4MAX. This component can be installed without the need for screws, bolts, or nuts. Its design takes into account the shapes of the printer and, once securely positioned, it remains firmly in place. A little force is required to secure the cable with two pre-fitted tie wraps. Please refer to the accompanying images. Two versions are available: one directs the cable straight back, while the other angles it at 45 degrees. The first option provides more clearance between the base plate and the cable, but may result in cable contact with the chamber's rear plate. In contrast, the 45-degree version positions the cable closer to the base plate, freeing it from the printer's housing. This second design is a personal favorite, but both options are available. Slicing considerations: The most effective slicing method involves top-down orientation (as seen in STL files). Support material is necessary for this approach. An alternative slicing method is to lay the part on its backside, eliminating the need for support material. However, this results in a weaker part that may snap during installation. Happy strain-relieving! With minor adjustments, this component's base can be repurposed for various tasks, such as mounting LED lights, cameras (although not particularly useful for this printer type), nozzle wipers, or other devices. Feel free to modify and reuse the design as desired.
