Strain relief for CR-10 MINI (with or without cover)
thingiverse
This is a remake of Olesmokie's Strain Relief Bracket for Heated Bed Cable but tailored specifically for the CR-10 MINI due to the distinct dimensions of its bed. The design has been completely revamped with an integrated cover, drawing inspiration from Olesmokie's original work rather than using his files directly. This accessory is intended for the Creality CR-10 Mini 3D Printer and can safely be printed in PLA without any issues. The relief bracket securely holds the heated bed wires in place to prevent damage from breaking welds or wires. It's designed to be mounted on the far left screw under the spring, as depicted in one of the accompanying images. To complete the setup, use 1 or 2 zip ties to further secure the wires and then slide the cover over the bracket. This project offers two versions of a strain relief for the CR-10 MINI: 1. A standard version that accommodates normal stock springs. 2. A variant designed specifically for silicon bed holders (note: the silicon will need to be slightly trimmed due to its thickness). Both versions can include or exclude a cover, offering flexibility in design preferences. Printing requirements: No support is needed; use 20% infill with PLA or PETG filament.
