This is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4579232, thank you for the original design. I made this remix just because I do not have the extra hardware (screws and bolts) to use it in its original form, so I think that making it like a pressure clamp/clip instead of a hinge would work just as well, so I use the same model to rethink the parts and make it a little bit simple. To install/use it, you just have to mount it with screws (or double-sided tape as I did) to the extruder cover, and then just clip in the "clamp" part over the flex as in the photos. and Voila!
