A quick & dirty device to get a reading on how much force it takes to pull filament through the Prusa MMU2. It is not linear, but will allow you to compare the drag in a quantitative manner. Take a reading using the pointer and the "teeth"
Shown with a 16 ounce weight suspended. You will need a wire/string to attach the alligator clip/clamp to grab onto the filament.
You could also use it to find out how much "pull" your Bondtech gears have before slipping.

Print instructions

Category: 3D Printer Accessories Print Settings

Printer Brand: Prusa

Printer: i3 MK2.5

Rafts: No

Supports: No

Resolution: .2mm

Infill: 15-20%

Filament: IC3D PLA gray
Notes:

3 perimeters 6 top/bottom

How I Designed This

Designed in Fusion 360
