This fixture is engineered for wheelchairs like the Quickie Ti made from one-inch tubing. The fixture consists of two parts and, when assembled, places an eyebolt (or other threaded fastener) at a precise spot. This can facilitate moving items (like bags), act as a tool holder, or perform various functions. This design uses the following hardware: Three-eighths-inch 4-inch Eyebolt Three-eighths-inch hex nut Four 1/4-20 one-and-a-half inch bolts Four 1/4-20 hex nuts or hex stop nuts Four 1/4-20 flat washers Foam rubber shelf liner is wrapped around the tube to prevent scratches and improve grip on the fixture. Use this fixture for light duty loads - do not use it as a wheelchair tie-down in a vehicle.
