Stplit strap adjuster, 20mm straps

Based on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2636310, which was designed for 1" straps, I adapted it to fit 20mm straps by shortening the mid section. The original standing version didn't work well for me in Cura, as one of the pin slots sliced through the outer shell. To resolve this issue, I only created a flat version. I also believe that this flat design offers better mechanical strength due to the alignment of the plastic. It prints perfectly on an Ultimaker 2+ and fits the pins very snugly.
