When middle seats are stored, the diviet in the floor can be filled with these, they're not perfect but a start - nothing else is available short of cramming crumpled paper into every nook. I then covered the low areas with heavy cardboard before fitting a set of Harbor Freight foam tiles over the area. This makes it much easier on the knees.
