The knobs on Samsung stoves are complete junk, they tend to break after just a few short months of use. A plastic stem is highly prone to cracking, and Samsung wants an outrageous $65 for each replacement part. Instead of shelling out a whopping $400 to replace these broken parts, I decided to design a press-in replacement for the plastic stem. To do this, you'll need to remove the metal weight and then cut away the cracked stem. These new parts will simply press directly into place without requiring the metal D washer that comes with the original knobs. This design is specifically tailored for the model NX58M9420SS Samsung stove. I've included a Fusion360 file in case anyone needs to remix this design. There are two versions of this replacement part available. The first fully functional version is V4, while V5 has been updated to make the D slot slightly tighter and thicken the base for added stability. However, this revised version may pose some issues with printers that have a lower tolerance level. To overcome this challenge, I had to switch my slicer to high-quality mode in order to get it to fit properly.
