Stormtrooper (Rogue One/New Anthology) Belt Ammo Box Attachments and Drilling Template

These are backing boxes for the ammo boxes that go on the belt. The idea is that you can use these to mark your drill points on your belt. Instructions: 1. Print each one of these out twice. 2. You'll need 16 of the screws 3. After you have the individual parts printed out, use some tape to put them all in place. Make sure that whatever kit your are using you use appropriate alignment. 4. When you have all of the parts in place and taped down, dry fit the plastic shells over the 3d printed part and trace the outline. 5. Make sure that all of the outlines are lined up and spaced properly. 6. Use a small drill bit to drill through the hole and through the plastic belt part. 7. Remove all of the taped down parts. 8. Use a 1/2 inch spade drill bit to drill out the holes larger. Make sure you press down hard on a table or box or something to make the cut clean. 9. Use an exacto blade to clean up the holes and makes sure there is nothing hanging off that will stop the screws from being flush. 10. Put some E6000 or other flexible glue on the belt part through the center of the area. This is shown in one of the pictures. 11. Put some E6000 or other flexible glue on the screw and on the base of the screw that is going to be touching the belt. If the screw breaks, the base of the screw and the glue on the front part of the ammo base will keep the part glued to the belt. 12. Repeat this for all of the boxes and let the glue dry (times will vary depending on the glue used) 13. Use a generous amount of glue to glue the ABS plastic boxes over the 3d printed parts. Update 22/10/2021 - I removed the part 1 piece because it was too small and eventually I realized it wasn't needed. Update 29/10/2021 - So this is working out very very well. You can see from the newly added photos what I did. Each one of these are printed out 2X.
