Increasing the resolution of the entire design brought significant improvement to what would otherwise have been a disastrous result when printed life size - tweaking each flaw was an absolute necessity since anything less would have yielded a laughably poor quality, blocky and jagged-edged Stormtrooper helmet that simply defied good taste.
