Stormtrooper Pistol Holster

This is a Star Wars SE-44C pistol holster designed specifically for the First Order Stormtrooper costume. The holster attaches securely to the right thigh armor using metric M6 x 20mm screws that slide into designated slots. It's constructed from four distinct layers, each requiring individual printing and subsequent gluing together with strong adhesive. I created this design in Open SCAD with functionality and durability in mind. I'm including the original SCAD source code for your reference. The layer height and thickness are defined as variables, making it simple to adjust the layer thickness if needed, perhaps to accommodate a screw head when using an M6 metric screw is not feasible. If you choose to utilize this design file, please note that the angled box used to cut the slope in the bottom layer is intentionally commented out. I also incorporated countersunk holes around each bolt head, allowing for customization by omitting the bolt heads and replacing them with metal screws for a more authentic appearance. This project required extensive time and effort to bring it to fruition. I hope you appreciate the results!
