I plan on making many more logos just like this, so feel free to share your suggestions and I'll make it. http://www.thingiverse.com/groups/things-with-leds/things I designed a StromTrooper using a JPEG image of the character in Solidworks - then extruded and filleted the design and saved it as its own STL file for dual extrusion. Next, I created a plate around the StromTrooper with holes for screws, saving that as its own STL file too. Finally, I designed a shell to go around the plate and StromTrooper, adding aligned screw holes so it can be fastened to the plate.
