This model is designed to resemble the HOVI Mic Tips found on Stormtroopers' helmets in the original Star Wars trilogy. The small cylindrical piece should be bolted to the helmet as an attachment point for the greeble itself. Insert the small round piece into the larger mic component through the bottom, which can then be fitted onto the cylindrical attachment piece. To achieve optimal results, I recommend printing this design at maximum resolution to capture intricate details, given that these pieces are relatively small and could be challenging to sand afterwards. Printing with high detail in mind will help avoid post-processing difficulties. When sanding these delicate parts, start with a higher grit sandpaper (125-200) to minimize detail loss. Apply a coat or two of filler primer, followed by additional sanding using finer steel wool (#000 or #0000). Repeat this process until the desired level of smoothness is achieved.
