I made a remake of the storm trooper lego toilet paper roll holder: https://www.printables.com/model/737212-stormtrooper-lego-toilet-paper-holder-remake (see all appropriate attributions therein) for the wife. She didn't want to use it for toilet paper, she wanted to put it on her desk. So we tried to come up with things that the model could “do” on the desk… and I was trying to come up with silly ideas. The best I had was either to make a stormtrooper gun to hold in his hands, and she could hang stuff from it, or do a baby carriage or a shopping cart, since I thought those would be silly.A shopping cart would be tough, and I guess there's a baby yoda in the new movies so a baby carriage actually seemed to have some validity to the idea, so I went with that. The whole point is she can put candy or whatever in the bowl of the carriage and leave it on her desk. There's two separate 3mf files. I printed the whole thing out as version 25 and realized the cart handles were too close to the helmet, so you can't open the helmet all that far. I wasn't going to bother reprinting… it was 2 days and a ton of filament already, so I just left it as is. However, I moved the cart handles back some, so the later version of the 3mf has the handles a little farther back. You just need to redo all the slicing on it.Also, I made it a random size to start, and later scaled it up. Of course, I didn't think about the threads on the helmet… they were originally 10-24 threads. After scaling, a 10-24 didn't fit. I got SOOOO lucky cause a ¼-20 miraculously fit. So you can use the version 25 with a ¼-20 or I redid the thread to be a true ¼-20 in the version 27. Just be aware I did not print version 27, so I am not 100% positive it works. I did print the handle, nuts, and wheels from version 27, so those are the real deal. Version 26 also has the nuts if you want to get them from there.I did a ton of supports. I probably didn't need to, but I didn't want to spend all day recreating and figuring out supports, and they're all on the underside, so I just said screw it and supported the whole bottom. The wheels are M3-20 screws. Yes, I mixed standard and metric… I have a ton of ¼-20s and a ton of M2 and M3s, so that's just the ride the world took me on.Made on the prusa XL, white and black PLA. .30 height so you do see the curves/curls on the top of the helmet and the top of the cheek pieces. I really wish we could do variable layer height with a wipe tower… maybe someone can tell me how. And as always, message me for the fusion 360 files and I'll be happy to send.
