Stormtrooper Armor Clasp Greeble
thingiverse
I designed this large greeble using OpenSCAD, which is attached to the stormtrooper costume by fake clasps on the armor. Six large greebles are used on costumes, attaching to thighs, shins, and spats around the ankle. Four smaller greebles attach to forearms and two to biceps. I included only one file size for the large greeble, which can be easily scaled by slicing software to produce smaller ones. The small greebles are 66.7% the size of the larger ones. These designs were created specifically for the First Order stormtrooper costume seen in The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi films. It's possible that they could work with other costumes as well, although I'm not certain. To match the armor's curvature, greebles can be heated with a heat gun and bent into shape.
