I didn't notice zip ties securing it in the picture, so I fashioned these washers as a precautionary measure in case you plan to use standard type screws that the fans are mounted with. You may need to screw the screws through the washer before attaching the grill to the fan. Kudos to the original designer for creating such an awesome computer accessory.
