Hunters of Skywhale have become the embodiment of Norheim's unyielding spirit. Despite being viewed as brutal by outsiders, the people of the towering spires revere the creatures as sacred and exhaustively utilize every part of their massive bodies. They harvest everything from their shimmering scales to their powerful muscles, which are then employed in a variety of applications throughout their communities. However, these formidable hunters often find themselves on the receiving end of attacks by gargantuan brood mothers, prompting them to retreat behind the protection of their sophisticated grav fields until the danger has dissipated. Whispers have begun circulating among merchant vessels about an endless slum that lies far to the east, where massive skybeasts roam freely, effortlessly cleaning the thick, polluted air.
