I wanted to create a unique gift for my friend, a Storm Trooper helmet, but all the options online were pricey. This DIY project is a budget-friendly alternative. I based the design on VintageTimeAustralia's Storm Trooper model and modified it to make it functional. The helmet fits a 12mm downstem perfectly. My prototype fitted well without any adhesives or modifications. I'm excited to test it out soon. Remember to use caution and follow local laws when experimenting with this project.
