Storm Guardian

This is my entry for the #tinycreaturechallenge! The main concept behind this creature was to craft a mythical being that fuses the harpy eagle with a snake. Storm guardian is a sage creature, but not one to be trifled with, as it can summon thunderstorms, unleash floods, and darken the skies! I drew inspiration from the legend of the feathered serpent, but wanted to give this piece an elemental twist and focus on the shape and expression of my character. I aimed for an imposing figure that's not evil, and also sought to convey a sense of dynamic movement and a compelling pose. On the technical side, it boasts 993 Tris and 1K textures.
