Storm Door Jamb Bracket (Pella)

The factory bracket on my Pella storm door gave way to the wind's forceful blow. Initially, I designed a replacement in Fusion, but that early model proved short-lived and eventually failed. Undeterred, I crafted a revised version with significantly more substance than its factory counterpart. This beefier design should provide sufficient strength to serve as a reliable substitute. To strengthen it further, I used 50% infill for the first print, which unfortunately yielded disappointing results. As a result, I recommend utilizing a higher percentage, such as 100%, or close to it, to ensure this part can withstand the considerable forces it will inevitably face. To facilitate modifications and improvements, I have included both the .f3d and .stl files. Since this design has yet to undergo rigorous testing at the time of its upload, any feedback regarding necessary adjustments would be greatly appreciated.
