I'm the proud owner of this sleek storm cloud lamp body. To create a simple yet sturdy base for my stylish shade, I opted for PVC pipe - it's an affordable, versatile, and long-lasting material that fits my minimalist aesthetic perfectly. At first, I considered gluing a long PVC pipe directly onto a cardboard base, but eventually decided to build a four-legged stand using PVC connectors instead!
