Got a bunch of Storm Bolters with no barrels drilled out? Struggling to hit your mark due to poor hand-eye coordination? This solution tackles both issues simultaneously. The original tolerances were too restrictive; printing at 105% should result in a snug yet effortless fit over the end of a Storm Bolter. Begin by pre-drilling two holes in the jig using a 1-1.5mm bit fitted into a pin vise, then slip it over the Storm Bolter and drill shallow holes. The outcome looks significantly better than anything I could accomplish free-hand, especially considering my acknowledged shortcomings.
