Storage With Drawers
prusaprinters
Learning to use Create and entering the 3D Printing world at the same time. Designed to maximize my build-plate. Original model of the frame (pictured) had 5mm walls, which was overengineered for a storage solution. These files are now 3mm walls for the frame and 2mm for the drawers, with 1mm buffer around the drawers. 4PLA (Overture Light Grey and Elegoo Grey)Layer Height 2.0mmInfill 15% (it would be fine with 5% if not meant for heavy items)No SupportAdaptive LayersI was not concerned with the ‘aesthetics’ so I used up some left over filament, also allowing me to test out the filament runout detector. It worked beautifully. Not sure how the seam will hold up, but being used for light weight items so it shouldn't be an issue.Slight warping, but Cura TabAntiWarping plug-in has been great since, and I've experimented with different bed temps to alleviate warping.I'm open to comments, suggestions and recommendations. Cheers.
