<p>A luggage/holder box for a Black Diamond Spot Headlamp.</p><p>The Spot is a battery-powered headlamp for hiking in the dark. The cardboard box eventually wore out, so I built replacements.</p><p>My boxes have our initials on the lids to distinguish, not included in the models here. Includes holders for spare batteries, retained by the clip-on lid. (I've learned to make better connectors since, but this seems to work.) Stick-on felt at the bottom to protect the lens. Summarized operation instructions on a sticker inside the lid.</p><p>8 top layers, 8 bottom layers, and 5 perimeters for the box, since it's intended to protect while in luggage. 100% infill on the lid. Printed in glow-in-the-dark PLA at 0.2mm on a Prusa MINI+. Seven-ish hours for the box and less than one hour for the lid. Box's gcode includes a pause in the box to glue felt if you go that way.</p><p>FreeCAD (0.19?) file included, along with STLs. Probably parametric enough to make it fit other small objects.<br>&nbsp;</p>
