Two-part storage toolbox for 10pc 1/8" carbide tool bits. The box features a hinged design with a secure lock for added protection. To ensure a smooth print, reduce print speed and cooling settings when printing the hinge and lock components. A slicer setting adjustment is recommended to achieve optimal results. The sliding lid version of this storage box is available separately, designed specifically for 1/8" carbide tools with a convenient sliding lid mechanism. Print Settings: Printer: Prusa i3 MK2 Rafts: No rafts are used in the print job. Supports: No supports are necessary due to the design's stability and structure. Resolution: The print resolution is set to 0.20mm for detailed accuracy. Infill: Infill density is set at 50% for a balance between strength and weight. Notes: Two perimeters, two to three top and bottom layers ensure a sturdy and durable box. The example boxes shown in the picture were printed using PETG (yellow) and ABS (black) materials.
