Storage and hat Clips for LED flashlight
thingiverse
A storage clip for LED flashlights is available at your local hardware store. These affordable lights can be stored using a 25mm diameter center shaft, which also works for items with similar dimensions. While working on a home project, I needed to hold the flashlight and thought to attach it to my hat. The clip's grippy teeth are inspired by a design found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:13612. To use the storage clip, print the design and trim any excess material at the ends called 'pancakes,' which help with printing raftless adhesion. Then, simply screw it to a vertical surface. For the hat clip, follow similar steps by printing and trimming the 'pancake' ends. Afterward, attach it to your hat's bill using a baseball cap as inspiration. Design files are available in multiple formats for easy use.
