Stonework Style N Scale Fence

<p>I needed some railings for an architectural model I was building that's approximately N-scale. stevemedwin's fence looked about right, but I was going for less of a white-picket-fence look and more a clean stonework railing. So I made some tweaks.</p> <p>I haven't worked with the Customizer before, but it seems to be working correctly based on the original.
