This enigmatic form of undead is forged to safeguard places of mystical significance. Their skulls have been replaced by roughly-hewn boulders, secured to the stump of their neck through potent spellcraft. When a stone guardian uses one of its crude stone heads to shatter a living adversary's skull, it becomes permanently attached, condemning the victim to a similar state of undying servitude.
