Cura enables simultaneous assembly of base and cover prior to printing. This is achieved by modifying the G code file, allowing for a single print operation. Following removal of supports and raft, carefully flex the hinge to dislodge it. Two small pieces of foam are inserted into the interior, exerting gentle pressure on the filament to clean it just before extrusion. As the foam wears out, simply rotate it 90 degrees or flip its faces to reveal fresh cleaning surfaces.
