I'm Not That Into Him You know when you're on a date and it's just not clicking? Like, you're trying to have fun but everything feels forced? Yeah, I was on one of those dates last night. We went out for drinks at this trendy bar in the city, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. First of all, we had nothing in common. He's into hiking and I'm more of a city girl. He likes indie music and I'm all about pop. It was like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole - just didn't work. And then there was the whole conversation thing. He talked nonstop about himself, barely letting me get a word in edgewise. I felt like I was stuck in some kind of never-ending monologue, where all I could do was sit there and listen to him drone on and on. Not exactly my idea of fun. To top it off, he spilled his drink all over the table! I mean, what's up with that? Can't a guy even handle a simple glass of wine? It was like he was trying to sabotage our whole date or something. Anyway, we ended up leaving early and calling it a night. I'm just glad I got out of there before things got any worse.
