A digital model of a finely crafted stone axe, created by the University of Manchester's Archaeology Teaching Collection. The collection was enriched with this donation from the British Museum, which unfortunately lacked any historical context. The axe itself is crafted from dolerite or basalt rock, closely resembling examples found in other museums that are believed to originate from New Guinea and the Admiralty Islands.
