Stone Archway Dungeon Door

We needed additional doors to enhance our Warhammer Quest experience; We decided to print each column and archway separately, attaching the pillars to the base and then gluing the archway on top. Using Sainsmart Silver ABS on an Afinia Printer at .15mm layer thickness and a small amount of acetone helped to fuse them together. We have included a larger archway set designed for the OpenForge 1x3 block - it is slightly larger and covers more area (file: simple_archway_openForge.stl) OpenForge Ruined Floor 1x3 can be accessed through this link:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:530656 These columns can be printed upright with added support, or the arches can be printed upside down to minimize ABS/support material usage. The large stone table/alter built from the arches was setup to print in the latter way. We used Meshmixer to add a demon/goat head on top of the archway for some of these prints; However, those files were not included as they had a license that did not permit remix or derivative works.
