the idea behind this was to protect the bag and give it plenty of room to expand. stoma shields i have tried have too much flex so the bag has to push against the shield as it expands. i use mid size bags. its not too noticable with baggy clothing. i combine it with the pad that comes with shields from comfizz and it can be secured with a hernia support belt. includes blender files.
