This is a specialized holder/mounting bracket specifically designed for the ST Micro STM32F469i-DISCO evaluation board. The board itself boasts an 800 x 480 LCD display, a powerful ST32F469 processor, 8MB of DRAM, 8MB of FLASH memory, and multiple peripherals, including an Arduino shield plug. Although the board comes with some standoffs, they are not ideal for holding it securely. This custom holder provides a stable platform for the board at a 30-degree angle, making it easy to view the LCD display. It also offers ample space underneath to accommodate shields or connect peripherals to the expansion connectors on the back of the board. The mounting holes on this bracket measure 2.5mm in diameter, which is compatible with self-tapping #4-40 machine screws. However, depending on your printer's wall settings, these screws may be quite tight. To avoid any issues, screw them into place before attaching the board, allowing for a secure "pre-threaded" fit. When mounting the board, hold the screws firmly to prevent damage if twisting force is required. If the screws are excessively tight, you can carefully loosen them by 0.25mm.
