STLDroid is an open-source Android app that lets you view STL files on your phone. Get it from the market at https://market.android.com/details?id=softwarepoets.stldroid, or access the source code via GitHub at https://github.com/justjoheinz/STLDroid. This is a first release; future updates may include support for binary files and improved compatibility with various file managers like "Android File Manager" and "OI Filemanager." Downloads are available in the APK format. As of 31 July 2011, version 1.1 offers support for binary STL files and addresses some glitches; however, the previous download won't be updated. Version 1.2, released on 2 August 2011, provides better file manager compatibility. On 10 August 2011, version 1.3 enhanced lifecycle management and added a progress bar for binary STL files. Currently, ASCII STL files are supported, with binary support planned in the future. Use your file manager or the app itself to open STL files from your SD card, then rotate and zoom them using touch gestures.
With this file you will be able to print STLDroid with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on STLDroid.
