This is my Printable Conversion of Printrbot's Open Source LCD Control box. Based on Printrbot's original DXF lasercut design posted here: https://www.youmagine.com/designs/printrbot-lcd-box. It holds Printrbot's (or your own modded) LCD controller for any printer running the Printrboard controller. To assemble, follow these instructions at Printrbot: http://help.printrbot.com/c/LCD_Panel. This design is modified from the original DXF files to allow printing with a tight fit. Tabs/sockets, screw and nut channels are adapted for printability. It works perfectly on my printrbot simple using .20 mm height, .4mm nozzle, 30% infill and only 2 perimeters. My prints fit really nice and tight with this setup. I suggest printing 2 parts that attach to each other and see if you have good results with your setup. The height is 5.6mm to keep tabs/sockets as close as possible to the original pattern. If your tabs/sockets are loose fitting, try going to 3 perimeters or import the files into tinkercad and extrude the height to 5.8 or higher. Feel free to mod, edit and share.
