Instead of individual assembly, multi-body parts are combined with similar motion parts as single entities. Only distinctly moving components form separate sections. Additionally, toolbox items like screws and nuts are removed from assembly to increase rebuild time. The Stirling engine is notably different from a car's internal-combustion engine; it does not use gases that exit the engine or create explosions within its cylinders. As a result, Stirling engines operate quietly. The Stirling cycle operates on an external heat source, which can be diverse like gasoline or solar energy, or even heat generated by decaying plants. Notably, no combustion occurs inside the engine's cylinders.
