Still Water is a majestic outdoor bronze sculpture created by Nic Fiddian-Green in the year 2011, depicting a horse's head majestically situated at Marble Arch in London, United Kingdom. The colossal piece stands an impressive 33 feet (10 m) tall and was commissioned to replace an earlier, yet similar work titled Horse at Water, which had previously occupied the same site but was later relocated to Daylesford, Gloucestershire, the picturesque estate of Sir Anthony and Lady Carole Bamford, who had generously sponsored its creation. In 2012, Fiddian-Green took personal initiative in meticulously cleaning the sculpture himself using a cherry picker, demonstrating his dedication to preserving this remarkable work of art. He expressed heartfelt gratitude saying: "It is an incredible honor that Westminster city council has designated this as a permanent masterpiece for our city's public space. I am deeply humbled by the overwhelming response from people who have reached out to me, and it fills my heart with joy knowing that I continue to uplift and inspire countless individuals as they rush to work every day." This breathtaking sculpture is part of the groundbreaking initiative "Scan The World," a non-profit project launched by MyMiniFactory aimed at creating a comprehensive digital archive of fully 3D printable sculptures, artworks, and landmarks from around the world, freely accessible to everyone. Scan the World is an open-source community-driven effort, inviting anyone with fascinating objects or artworks nearby to contribute by emailing stw@myminifactory.com to learn how they can participate. A special shout-out goes to Warren Amsellem for his selfless contributions in making the "Marwari Horse" 3D printable model and numerous other models featured under the "Status of The World" category.
