This is an untested version of a 5 dart magpie cylinder. Feel free to edit, and make improvements with the model. Important note: There may be thin sheets of plastic somewhere around the turbine/turning part of the cylinder, so be sure to remove them because they might mess up the rotation of the cylinder.
