Stihl Magnum Blower Nozzle Strap

I designed this replacement velcro strap for my worn-out Stihl Magnum blower, taking into account its nylon construction. You may need to adjust the design for other materials. It secures to the nozzle with a small ziptie and hooks to the top corner of the blower, keeping the nozzle at bay during storage and transportation. The Stihl nozzle measures 42mm in diameter where the strap fits. I added a 3mm radius to provide a looser fit for easier operation, allowing it to dangle out of the way while using the blower. The strap is 2mm thick, and the hook part is 4mm thick, ensuring that it doesn't consume excessive filament or add weight. This was my first print using 0.17mm nylon weed trimmer line I purchased on clearance at a local hardware store. My enclosed A8+e3d printer performed well at 0.2x0.45mm, 260/100C (45C ambient), and 40mm/s. The resulting strap and the part it hooks to easily supported the weight of the motor when I held it by the nozzle and shook it around. It also doesn't unhook while carrying the blower by the handle, a common issue with the stock velcro strap. If you find this useful for your blower or any other application, please share and enjoy!
