Stihl 031av Oiler Gear

My chain was binding with the drive shaft, could not move it easily. The culprit was the oiler gear was somewhat melted/fused. I made this replacement, and it seems to work! There are 2 versions, the second I decided to improve the design. The original failed due to friction, so I decided to improve it, by adding a sleeve for a needle bearing. FIELD TESTING UPDATE PLEASE READ!! ABS ain't gonna cut it. I was using my saw on the hottest day of the year, and for an extended root cut, and the gear melted like butter on a hot skillet (see pic above). If you printer can support PEEK temps, I'd say use that, or one of the carbon reenforced blends. ABS is probably ok in cooler temps, with short quick cuts, but not much else.
