With two stiffeners like these clipped onto an existing European visor, the PVC glass becomes less conical in shape. This is due to the fact that the PVC glass will be securely attached to the printed frame. The ability to easily clip on the stifner depends entirely on your printer's parameters. To accommodate this, I have designed two separate models with different hole sizes: - The Barette3 file, which I believe should work well with most printers. - The Barette2 file, featuring a smaller hole size of -0.2mm.
