After the initial prints, I noticed that my printer wasn't producing the level of precision I required. To address this issue, I developed a series of upgrades to enhance its performance. My first step was to mount it on a sturdy 10 mm plywood base and utilize this solid foundation for secure anchoring. Following this modification, I created and printed individual components (which are showcased separately in each post). In this particular update:\r\n3 - Plate stiffening with anchored Y-axis belt.\r\nWhen the Y-axis belt was stretched, the front plate flexed due to its adjustable tension mechanism. This upgrade effectively resolved that problem.
