Lots of pet waste bag dispensers are scattered around, but I wanted one that could be easily mounted on a solid surface, which is exactly what I have achieved as shown in the photos with a common retractable leash that I mounted this to. However, you could also mount it to a wall, door, window, dash or any solid surface. This would be great near the door of an RV or your back patio slider door, or perhaps the dash of your car. We keep 3M VHB on hand in several types by the roll, also available at http://amzn.to/2i7ZNbx - you don't have to use the 4991, it's just a little thicker and allows for a less flat surface to still have good adhesion. The heart shape is a functional aspect, not just visual. If you load the roll correctly, the top point of the heart will catch and tear off the bag at the perforation while pulling towards the bottom V of the heart allows you to freely pull the bags.
