Stickman Bin/Organizer

Stickman Bin/Organizer

I came across this Stickman and decided to create one for 3D printing. The head is designed to print separately, eliminating the need for support structures while also allowing for customization with different colored text or designs. You can even use the head as a base for an LED light, clock, timer, or other creative project. There are two models available: one where the bin is detached from the leg and another where they are connected. Both models can be printed with support structures that touch the build plate. The angles of this design make it relatively easy to print, although you may experience some stringiness on the underside that can be easily trimmed off. Some body surfaces may appear rough, but as evident in the provided pictures, these imperfections are barely noticeable. I experimented with Cura 4.1 tree support and found that while printing times increased and more filament was used, the resulting surface is smooth after some effort. The roof support method demonstrated in a YouTube video by CHEP - CURA - Tree Supports vs Standard Supports proved to be effective in achieving clean support removal. When removing support structures, be cautious not to break the neck or legs of the Stickman, as I learned from experience. This 3D printed Stickman measures 6 mm in diameter, with a bin size of 6 cm x 10 cm and a base of 12 cm x 8 cm. Have fun printing this project!
