This guy served as the beloved mascot for the Australian rules football team the St Kilda Saints from the late 1970s into the early 80s. One of my customers recently showed me an old patch featuring his likeness and asked if I could bring him to life in three dimensions, so I created a model using Blender. I printed the figure in three separate parts on my Anycubic Delta printer. This presented a challenge for bed adhesion due to the limited contact area, but a brim proved effective in securing it in place. The tolerances were not extremely precise, allowing each piece to fit together with ease. I used a small amount of glue on each section to hold them firmly in place.
