Stick-up-able Hook
thingiverse
To cater to my preference for large towels, I require a hook that can handle their weight when wet. Unfortunately, tesa's Powerstrips® have a maximum weight rating of 1.5Kg, which is insufficient. To solve this problem, I decided to use two Powerstrips® to support the hook. The latest version of this hook can be found at http://things.hands.com/thing/stickupable_hook/, an ikiwiki that welcomes updates. For installation, simply print the design, apply two tesa Powerstrips® side-by-side on your bathroom wall or desired location, and enjoy the added support. The scad file is also parameterized, allowing for easy customization of size if needed.
